I figure I need a 20 ga auto to add some fun factor to my crow hunting/grouse hunting.

My only requirements would be that the shotgun be vent ribbed, right handed, min. 26" bbl and 3" chamber.

I'm dont want to drop $1500 on a Urika because it will spend most days in the safe and they really dont fit me very well usually anyways. But other than the Berettas, who currently makes 20ga autoloaders?

Also, what non-current production makes/models of 20ga auto loaders should I be keeping my eye out for on the used maket.

If you're just shooting crows & grouse i.e. lead shot, you could do quite well with any of the older autoloaders. And you don't need a 3" chamber to do it, either. Beretta 300 series, Browning A5, Ithaca (SKB) 300 & 900, Remington 1100s, Franchi 48, etc. Many will have 2-3/4" chambers and Full chokes, a less than desirable combo if steel shot is ever planned. Many go for very reasonable prices in the Exchange. You'll easily spend half or less compared to a new gun.
