Finding Rare Enfield Parts

I have been restoring Enfields for some time now with an enthusiasm for Lithgow built Lee Enfields. Over the years I have notice how some parts are just not out there. I have searched high and low to find (believe it or not) Lithgow trigger guards with the star on them (early production1913-1918). What part do fellow GunNutzs, Lee Enfield restores or not notice they can’t find.

Coach wood forestocks or anything Queensland Maple.

Nosecap screws.

Long Lee Enfield barrels, none out there except for ones stripped from existing rifles.

Long Lee parts in general are tough to find. Try finding the handguard or the stock!

I was just about to say that

May be not totally impossible to find, but still... Original British No1 Mk3 forends, not the refurbed in India stuff (no ishy screw, no brace at the back of the forend etc)

are you looking for nose caps i know where there is at least 3 to fit no1 mk3 and are in good shape
