Fine tuning Mosin sniper trigger?

I don't recall the particulars; but I worked mine over ( non-invasively ) after reading several articles on surplusrifle dot com.
Pretty easy if I recall correctly; it involved using some brass shim stock, placed in the proper spot. Worked OK, IMO

there is a product that will take the slack out

I wood google "attack the slack" that is their slogan. you can look up finnish mosin triggers they had a neat system with two pins drilled into the trigger that actuate the sear surplus rifle dot com is the place to go you want the forums . happy shooting.

Finn M-24 had a hairpin spring placed on the trigger that kept it on contact, making for a better feel.
