My one question is there is a slight wiggle between the upper and lower. Any way to fix it?

the extra tension will cause the pins to wear out their bores over time when opening and closing the rifle. back to a loose receiver fit.

unnecessary gimmick.

This, and there are documented incidents of solvents, etc. causing the material to break down and pieces to lodge in the mechanism causing issues.

I can't believe however, that this is a serious question, considering who asked it. This is just an early April Fools, isn't it lil'?

Slight wiggle is no biggy, if it bugs you could order some new aftermarket pins from Brownells, like the KNS precision pins. They may fit tighter but no guarantee, my logic here being milspec vs custom manufactured. They're relatively cheap so it may be worth a shot... Worse case you have take down pins that are easy to operate.
