Finished M14 Build (almost)

Back a month or so ago, someone mentioned Canadian Tire had M14S' for sale. I said 'well ####' and went to try and buy two of them. They had one left.

List goes as...

Norinco M14S/M305
Troy MCS - Dark Earth
Magpul PRS - Dark Earth
Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15x50mm AO
Hogue pistol grip
Harris Bipod
Folding foregrip as my poor mans monopod

You can see where I mangled the crap out of the flash hider in order to rip it all off

I'll be bringing it to Hungry's M14 Clinic in Calgary

And a family photo for good measure

Nice build man. Have you shot it yet?? I love the Troy stock but the price puts me off.....hmmmmmmm toys get pricey hey? I went out today to break mine in and can't wait to get some long range time in now.

Anybody near me have a scanner? I want to post a copy of my receipt. I also only paid $440 for it and it's a great one. Very tight chamber and shoots most excellent.

Very worth it though as any other setup with all the features of the Troy would cost nearly the same. This would be built from a fiberglass stock that flexes and loses it's rigidness taking it apart often after shooting it.

Its worth the loot if your looking to completely modernize the M14.

Sorry Squid, they only had one left after mine and it sold the Sat after Good Friday. She was snapped up fast by another CGNr. I did put up a post regarding all the good deals that these guys were offering but took so much Bull#### from other CGNrs that I took the post down. why would I bother lying about whom I bought my M14 from?

Many Canadian Tire's have sold firearms before. The fellow who stocked the gun counter at the McLeod location here in Calgary brought in a few of the Norinco's as well.
