Finished my "tactical" Ithaca M37 :)

That looks pretty good. Not a huge fan of the monte carlo stock, but if that's what it takes to get a good cheek weld.

Looks good with the Mossberg sights, I've been thinking about putting Remington rifle sights on my 14" Ithaca M37 barrel.

Very original and rather ###y.

WOW! Pretty! I got my old mans ithaca 37 when he stopped hunting (Used every season for 15+ years and never got cleaned once! Poor thing.) I've been looking for a rear pistol gripped stock and an open choke barrel for deer-plugging with no luck. Keep getting told they stopped production of the 37 and most parts. Any pointers boss? I'm pretty new to this computer searching/buying thing. I'm not picky about plastic, aluminum, steel, color, blah. It could be neon pink for all I care, spray paint is cheap. As long as she works good, I dont care how she looks.

Getting an open bore barrel is easy - get a gunsmith to cut your barrel down (in a lathe) to 18.01" - done! Cylinder bore!

Ithaca parts have ALWAYS been produced except for a 3 year or so period - they just haven't had any presence in Canada. Most gunsmiths do have parts though. Also, Ithaca is looking to expand back into Canada - hurry up and wait.

GREAT shotguns!
