Finned 12ga slugs

So bad news. I just got a negative response from Lee today. I'm going to look into mold making companies for things other than bullets and possibly alternative methods of making a mold.

I'll update when/if anything pans out.

Why don't you try making a mold for Balle Blondeau style slugs? I have an ancient copy of gun digest 1969 that featured a good article on them in Europe, but they never made it big over here apparently. Supposed to be the best in heavy cover/bone because the steel slug face doesn't deform and cause deflection nearly as much as lead.

You just gave me a brilliant idea that will likely see me killed. Not to do with the finned slugs but ya...steel and lead slug for predator protection. Add that to the list for when I get home of things I need to make.
