Finnish M28/30 or M39 are there any in Canada?

Actually, these Finn Mosin-Nagants M-39 have been in the USA for years. Burns Brothers cornered the market and bought about 130,000 from different Importers many years ago. They have have marketed and sold on an individual basis by Pat Burns for many years now. They now have recently sold large lots to large resalers like Classic Arms and SOG recently.

Probably slightly less. Total M39 production was around 130,000 including post-war made. According to mn.net "In 1951 there were 78,000 M39 rifles in Finnish depots". Regardless of that, good or bad but our market is different and will not be flooded by US M39s. And I like the fact my M39 and other Finnish rifles do not have import markings.

I have to agree. Import marks deface the rifle in my opinion. Would a coin collector buy a coin with an import stamping? Also, most of the Classic M39's were less than stellar. Cracked stocks being the most common complaint.
