Fiocchi .455 Webley

I see several US sites selling this for $30-35/box ($40-45 CAD). Is there any reasonable explanation why it's $80 from the two Canadian retailers that seem to have it regularly? 100% more to buy it here seems a little steep. When you compare the US-Canada spread on the pricing of other ammo (9mm. .45acp etc) it's nowhere near that high.

My guess would be that there's a much smaller market for a slow selling specialty item. We pay extra for the hassle of bringing in small amounts and having it sit on the shelf for an unknown time.

Well, you have to wonder. 9mm bulk seems to be about 10-15% more here after factoring the exchange rate......not 100% more
