Fiocchi ammo question

Anyone out there on CGN has an opinion on the quality of Fiocchi ammo? Thanks.

I have shot about 1000 of their 9mm 147g jhp. I had no issues with it whatsoever. I do recall it being pricey but it was a few years back.

I have shot alot of their 147 and 115 in 9mm. Has a good snap to it.

I bought a few cases of thier reduced recoil 12g buckshot. It was very nice.

The ammo shoots well, but is a pain to reload!!
So from a reloaders point of view, fail.

I worked for a gun dealer years ago in the UK who bought Fiocchi 12g by the ton. The price was better than the Eley equivalent. Very good shotgun ammunition, but I have never used their centrefire ammo.

My experience has always been that it was quite dirty compared to many of the alternatives. It is now comparably priced to most US stuff and compares quite well with it.

Their .22 Standard ammo is coated with a wax substance that does not work well in my semi autos.
