Is there a good place in Quebec (Montreal area) to learn basic/advanced shooting including stance, hand placement, aiming tips, sight usage, etc... I found a lot of resource/videos/text on the net but are there any training service available in person?

Contact one of the area clubs. Most clubs have a variety of instructors, especially if it's action pistol that you're interested in trying.
