Firearms Canada Scam or not?

This just popped up.

Night Hawk Talon III Semi-Automatic Pistol with 3 1/2 inch barrel. 45ACP. Features all steel construction with blue/black finish. The slide is topped with Trijicon Night Sights and the receiver features fine-line checkering on the front strap and the back strap. There is an adjustable target trigger and commander-style hammer. FirearmsCanada in itself isn't a scam but from what I've heard a lot of scammers use its Buy/Sell section. If there's no feedback system, I would personally stay away...

On the other hand, is it any more or less risky than answering an ad in the paper or in the CSSA's publication?

For $1300, you bet your ass there's something wrong there.

Not only is that gun too new to have made it into Canada before the 106mm prohibition, the price is about $2000 less than the 5" model at TSE.

I asked what class it was without giving the info. It went no where. Yes I know FC is legit but all I keep running into are scammers!

They seem to know what I like!

Seen to many guys get ripped off on buying 1911 type guns ,and the money is sent, no gun arrives "ever" i think last time this happened on firearms canada about 4 guys bought the same gun!!! Please don't shipp anymoney with out at least starting the transfer, as at least the cops could help you out if you have a lic# ref# pal# and the guys name. If it is listed for sale out of montreal be very careful as this is where the guy works out of who ripped those last few fellows. This guy dangles very desirable guns on that site and alot of guys have been bitten, stick to cgnutz where this is less likely to happen, if it is to good to be true it ussualy is, dale in t-bay

P7M10, for $1400? More like $4400 or more.....

Can't find a P7M8 for $1400!

Plus it uses a 10 round moon clip and has a 1lb trigger.....what a crock!

I tried a few time to purchase firearms listed there... every time the whole thing turned out to be a scam. Run... run away!

No kidding! Nighthawk (the company) didn't' even exist until at least 10 years after the legislation that brought us 12.6 came into existence!
