I have bought a few times from them. Great experiences. I had my order arrived at my door as fast as 3 days. They are well organized so communication is always good.
 
My first purchase with them...a restricted firearm...had a major shipping error. Which they immediately jumped on and made right. Would definitely deal with them again. Anyone can be seen as having great service when things go smoothly. How a business handles problems is the real test of excellent service.
 
Allan (the manager) has extensive knowledge and would be an asset to your firearms who's who. Tell him David Webb sent you and you'll get a good seat. LOL
 
i went a few weeks ago bought a ruger sr22 rifle,and a glock19 bunch of ammo as well...nice guys gos prices glock has been shipped,but this damn postal strike,its delayed....

good experience there will return for my next purchase shortly
 
Good store and well stocked. I find their prices to be higher than others in the GTA, but they have sales occasionally, and you can also negociate with them on certain guns.
 
You wont have any problems at FOC, really customer satisfaction oriented. Their business has grown significantly, in a short time. Great group of people on staff

Excellent shop, I purchased my first firearm there (mosin nagant pu) and they were more than happy to let me look over four different rifles before I chose the best one. Fast forward a few years, and I've given them a good amount of business. Buy with confidence.
 
Only dealt with in store locally , even the times I was "on the fence"of which pistol I was looking for they took the time , looked through ample choices of pistols , even ones not on the list , awesome customer service, very lighthearted but knowledgable
