Firing out of battery

I won't argue with GGFB hehehe .... one thing i have noticed about the chinese bolts versus G.I. bolts is how the firing pin hole guages. protrusion is generally bang on with the odd one a little long ... haven't met a norc bolt that failed that test though..... but many are at or very near the maximum firing pin hole size..... which would leave those particular bolts more prone to fouling that could cause the firing pin to stick.
regardless of wether you disassemble or if you have compressed air handy, the firing pin should always be free to rattle around.

NO..... do not try and alter yer bolt in any way. It's a non issue, just practice good cleaning technique, which ever methods you choose

Thanks a lot! I took my bolt apart last night to clean it, and it took me four hours to put it back together. I almost lost the springs three times, broke the little plunger and had to cut the small spring down a bit to be able to put it back in. I was not happy!

If you are thinking about taking your bolt apart to clean it, Don't! It is not designed for that. That's what everyone one on every forum has been telling me.

don't screw around... get yerself one of these
