So the AK series is supposed to be the most reliable self loading gun, and the Valmet is supposed to be the best built of the lot, but somehow I managed to snap a firing pin on my beloved Valmet.
Fortunately, I planned ahead, and have a spare pin (and a spare extactor also!). The down side, of course, is if I install this one, then I no longer have a back-up.
So, i am looking for another pin. A Valmet would be nice, but I doubt I will find that.
So.... what I am really looking for is info. Does this look to be the same as other AK variant firing pins? If it is a near match to a Norinco, i would like to know,so that I can put an ad in the EE.
