first 8mm reloads

I just finished reloading some 8mm mauser rounds. All went well and all dimensions are within specs. Can someone look at my bullet seating depth and advise me if it is Ok.

One other question. I have a Lee breech press and want to crimp the brass. I'm not 100% sure how to position the crimp die to get a good crimp. How high up do I position the face of the neck into the die? Does the neck face have to be flush with the top of the crimping die?

Can't comment on your OAL, but for the crimp die it's inserted all the way until the bottom of the die hits the shell holder and then some. It works by pushing up on the sleeve in the crimp body to crimp the case mouth. YouTube it and you will find lots of info on how to setup the lee crimp dies.

I don't think I've measured a COAL for anything but match bullets I'm trying to get just off the lands.
Seat till you can just barely see the top of the cannalure, crimp (if necessary), shoot.

If no cannalure I seat so at least one bullet diameter is inside the neck and as much more as necessary to fit in my mag and feed properly.

If you aren't reloading at or near max pressure to start with then a couple dozens tenths either way wont matter to pressure since you still wont be at max. I've read on here where people think seating a bullet .010" deeper than the manual says will cause their rifle to explode even at starting loads.

Yes. Crimp in rifle rounds is neutral at best or negative in it's effect on accuracy. Anything feeding from a tube magazine or fired in a big bore double should be firmly crimped. Nothing else IMHO.
