First Alberta turkey on the ground.

Went down to south west alberta and hunted with a buddy after a long 6 year once in a lifetime turkey tag and lucked out opening day. Got on about 10 goblers through out the day, closed the deal within the last 20 minutes of legal light. They are a blast to hunt can't wait to do it again somewhere down in the states. Took this Bird at 10' on a mountain top with my benelli super nova. Apparently 10' is a bit close for full power house load of numbers 4s

Thanks boys. They are ton of fun to hunt I highly recommend it. Turkey in alberta are a draw and are unavailable to non residents as there is only 200 tags with over 11,000 people applying. It's a once in a lifetime tag for me even at the age of 26 I will likely never be drawn again.
