First and last dealing with Marstar!

Its been a long time since I have ordered from marstar, But I've never had any problems with them. They have some pretty amazing deals from time to time. I would buy from them again.

Hour 1:
By the time I put down the mouse to place the order, I heard a noise on the porch. I was thrilled, my order was here! Imagine my disappointment when I realized it was Jehovah witnesses trying to save my soul. After scaring them away with offers to come inside and wrestle for a while, I've been sitting by the window for an hour, though it feels like a lifetime. Does Marstar not feel my pain? Do they not realize there is nothing on TV, and no new threads on CGN other than whining? I don't know why they treat me like this.

Hour 2:
I don't even remember what I ordered, it's been forever. While I have been waiting, the Canadian dollar has fluctuated several times, mostly gaining value. I could have bought more with my dollar, if I had waited, and ordered from someone else. That is probably part of their scam. Currency speculation. I feel anxious and a little used. I would make myself a sandwich to distract myself, but I'm starting to feel nauseous. I bet I'm not the only one.

Hour 3:
Still nothing!!!! I don't think this is even legal. I should call VISA and tell them about this fraud. It probably has been going on for years, and I might be the only one brave enough to speak up. I have written a letter to the Prime Minister, and will fax it as soon as I can find his home office fax number. I can't believe this could happen in Canada, after what we fought for in two world wars!!! I thought I saw a delivery truck, but it turns out the people up the street are moving. Good riddance, when I went up to tell them about my troubles, they took no interest, and didn't even put down the couch.

Hour 4:
I feel listless, and ambivalent about life in general. The birds have vanished, and it feels colder. Seasons show signs of change, but still no Marstar order. The only thing keeping me going, is the fire of hate inside me, for Marstar, the internet, the people of Ontario, and Greeks. The moving people up the street were Greek. Marstar is probably a Greek company, and that's why they didn't care. They all stick together.

Quoted for awesomness!!

If you bought anything restricted that is pretty normal.
Not to mention the time of year it is and there are MANY other customers to help and serve besides yourself.

I bought a restricted from a different CGN sponsor by calling it in (yes, they answered the phone) and had the transfer started and the restricted boxed for shipping within 2 hours: only a reply from the CFO for the LATT to ship it took 24 hours more. It shipped 20 minutes after they got the LATT. It is now up to Canada Post...

If you get that type of service from some CGN sponsors you get spoiled: don't expect that from all of them. They have very busy businesses like all of the CGN sponsors, but are not required to give you that level of spoiled service.

Sorry: just the way it is.

Where the hell is the download function, shipping and handling is so yesterday. I demand to pay and download my firearms same days otherwise BS, Gimme Gimme Gimme

I prefer to order from places that process orders, and ship within 24-48 hours.

There are so many sponsors above that can do this, and make it an expectation that such service will be provided.

Why anyone would order anything from others who can't do the same, I will never understand.

Honestly, the longer you deal with the public, the more idiots you come across, and it lower your tolerance for said idiots. Sometimes, you unfairly assume someone is an idiot, because they take a similar direction that a previous idiot did. It's part of being human. We judge based on our previous experiences, right or wrong. By the time you get old, you either get away from people, spend a lot of your time apologizing, or don't give a d4mn. Then you come across as an old bitter bast4rd, but luckily, you don't care.

What ever happened to the good ole days when we used to have to dutifully thumb through paper catalogues, hand write our orders on paper forms, go to the post office to buy paper money orders and then place the whole lot into paper envelopes with paper stamps that you had to lick (none of this peel and stick nonsense), and then put the envelope into one of those big red boxes AND then WAIT for 6-8 WEEKS for your package to arrive…and you were GRATEFUL.
