There is no reason for a 14.5" barrel to be more accurate then a 10.5 especially at 100 yards the only difference you will get higher velocity with the 14.5 but for only 100-300 yards that really doesn't matter so go for the one you like the feel of

Not true, 14.5" is actually the accuracy node for barrel length for light profile barrel .223/5.56. I did an excel sheet and graph I no longer have on the following data and 14" is the clear winner. The difference isn't huge, but it's real.

As a side note I really look forward to the day people 'vote' western with their money again on gun purchases; You Buy, You Vote. Too many people voting communist and taking money a struggling industry at home genuinely needs to help keep our sport alive. It's embarrassing frankly.
