First ATT for Restricted wait time

So I have bought my first restricted and have received it and the registration (registration came today), how long typically does the new RPAL card take with the added ATT conditions?

Well I called the 1-800 number to get an ATT for this weekend while waiting for my updated card and was told the conditions were added to my licence. When I asked about having to wait for a paper copy of the conditions in the event I was stopped for any reason I was told I don’t need the paper copy and that law enforcement can look up the conditions on my licence and there is no need to carry the paper ever again despite what it says on the sheet your conditions come on in the mail. I’m not sure if this is correct but I assume they are the experts, has anyone else been tod the same?
