First day shooting reloads. What a bust. (Or is that flop?)

When you wash your sized, deprimed cases to get rid of the sizing lube, leave them lying on their side to dry. This way, air can circulate through the primer pocket and case mouth and dry the inside more rapidly.

When you wash fired cases prior to resizing, there is no need to get the inside bone dry before resizing them unless you are storing them first. In this case, place the cases mouth up in an oven at low heat.

Fired straight walled cases will dry completely overnight if left with the mouth facing up, but the shoulders of bottleneck cases will trap water and keep it from evapourating in the same time frame.
