You bet. I fell at work and tore two in the right. I fell again outside my house and tore 3 in the left.

Hahaha. Thanks man. I totally forgot about that scene. Spot on.
You're welcome. My dad had both his hands operated on at the same time once, they rigged him up in a sort X sling in front of his sternum. Much hilarity ensued.Hahaha. Thanks man. I totally forgot about that scene. Spot on.
I'm not sure why you don't think this is possible.im calling BS on this.
youre saying you hit that, freehand in 2 shots, at 1000 yards. no shot.
I agree, far too many shooters these days are too wrapped up in getting the latest , most expensive gear instead of actually learning the basics of position shooting.Back in the 80's and early 90's I shot Rifle Silhouette , all standing free hand, Rams at 500M you would be surprised at the scores that were shot, I have no doubt that you could stretch that out considerably ad make shots at 1000, it takes practice like everything else
Meet me at the range and I'll teach you how to shoot offhandAre you using a sling or anything for support? I’m interested in your technique. This is something I should practice as I don’t think I could hit a pie plate at 100 yards offhand.
That is because it's too dammed hard for most people to do.Two years ago my Swiss club held a couple of events (for any vintage iron-sighted milsurp) that included prone, sitting, and kneeling at 300m. Good attendance with both young and old shooters and all seemed to enjoy it. Only lasted the one season and now we're seeing meets with front and rear supports and scopes at a mere 300m. There seems to be a movement aimed at eliminating actual shooting skill and talent from the equation.

I think we might see a resurgence of some form of irons or scoped shooting from a prone sling position like you shoot. If anybody spends any amount of time around a f open match it’s not hard to tell that if there’s no wind than there’s no competition. The winning scores are perfect 5s and the order ischosen by how many v bulls are on the board. Thast’s why I’m leaning towards f/tr because the scores are a little lower and it’s a bit more about shooting than just reading wind. That is because it's too dammed hard for most people to do.
It seems that everyone wants instant gratification these days, the same thing goes for shooting a scoring ring target instead of just hitting steel!
It seems the days of the ironsighted match rifle is coming to an end .
I am not going there however and will hold out as long as I can ,shooting both offhand and prone! LOL

Is that Because there’s No Way you could ever do itim calling BS on this.

1. Great shooting!Purple are sighters off the Bog DeathGrip yesterday. Yellow was another sighter for wind this morning, 5L. Green was my first shot today without the tripod, then blue was my first hit at 1k. I got to 1/2 mile late last fall but then slipped couple times after a December rain a tore 5 rotator cuff muscles. Finally able to get after it again. Red plate is 18x24in.

It helps to be one of the best shooters of all time. Makes me want a tubb gun.Folks with a well sorted 6mm can do some right nice long range work, but it's an expensive endeavor over time.
It would be great to go baboon whackin' out to 1km fer me if I were comfortably well off. 2km be a ton of trigger time & load development to
pull off good hits at long range. That, plus knock 30 yrs off me life.
