First in my Collection (w/pics)

Can you get a signed letter explaining how he got the pistol? That would add to the family history.

I have several pieces from a vet and never thought to document the story about how he got each one.
 
Looks like a beaut! I have a military version and have shot it a fair bit and that big long slide sure reduces the kick...my 1903 Pocket is a bit more brisk.
I have lettered a good many of my Colts and I think this is one that I would most definitely letter, with the dollar up now it's a good time to do it.
Please don't store it in the holster...like you didn't know that. Enjoy,
