This one was made with a solid metal piece. The bore was drilled out 3/4 of the way down through.

Yes I use 2F and no idea how many grains. The original owner told me 2 shotgun shells worth.

If it is a pjnk shotgun shell then yes. We bought some of the "support breast cancer awareness" pink shotgun shells the local gunstore was selling

I've cleared 400 yards I know that much, that was the width of a lake we shot over once and the ball didn't land in the water. I have yet to find a golf ball shot from the mortar though.
