I think as far as the grip goes, you will either love it or hate it. I find that with a long day at the range, my work gun, which is a standard g22, tends to get a bit slippy. I'm not a fan of the sleeves that can be used to slip over grips, and I didn't want to use tape. Hopefully the rough grip doesn't chew my hands up, but they are kinda like boot leather so not too worried.
I've only ever shot 40 cal,a 45 1911 and a 50 cal desert eagle in vegas is you want to count that. Never shot a 9 so I am interested to see how it goes. Prolly a lot less pop. At the end of the day I went with the 9 because I want to put alot of rounds downrange with it, and bullets will be cheaper.
