well here it is..

the title is actually a lie, i have had a bolt gun before that did pretty good.. but was more of a hunting rifle.

but anyways here it is

Howa 1500 in .223 wearing a Leatherwood 4-16x50 dress
the weird little metal bits on the elevation turret are presettable elevation tabs ( so you can preset elevation or for certain loads )
and with its Versapod shoes

Nice lookin rig.

Is that a factory Howa stock?

You'll have to give us a range report when you get it out.

I agree with Bush Man, looks like an interesting scope.

Is the off axis dial for parallax adjustment?

it sure is, it works pretty well too, which suprises me because its not an expensive optic.

on par with falcon

and i know i should of spent a little more. but i wanted to try it out as nooone could tell me about Leatherwood ( most would take that as a bad sign.. but me being me, ignored the ill omen and went ahead )

people never cease to amaze me .. try reading the first post next time :)

Think yourself lucky. They never cease to dissapiont me! :D

Very nice rifle btw. I particularly like stock. Oh and say hello to my cousin Lindsey Bell next time you see her. Shes over in TiKuwitii.

cheers.

She's mid 30's and unless the NZ water has done something then no, no DD's.

If you do know people from TK she may go by her husbands name, Pooley.

cheers.

Nice looking rig, are you using the factory trigger? What is the pull?
Oh and better pictures of the Dog :D Since he is the main topic of the thread we may as well have a good look at em.
