First reloader setup

Next weekend I plan on going out and picking up my first reloading setup. I only plan on loading 9mm to start, but as I get more involved in ipsc, I'm sure that will change. Taking a look at the list below, I'm I forgetting anything or is there something you reccomend?

I've done a lot of reading and it seems that books recommend everything possible.

I've already decided that I'm going to buy a dillion 650 for my loader.

- case feeder. I know it's not needed, but I like the idea
- powder check. Again not needed but I like the idea
- flip tray
- extra primer tubes
- tumbler
- media separator
- kinetic bullet pulley
- electronic scale
- case gauge
- caliper
- strong mount. Anyone have one? Is it needed?

You won't need a strong mount unless you want your press bolted to the top of your loading bench, it just makes the press sit higher... If you dont need the extra height I would reinvest that into the roller handle.

I feel you would also be better served with a balance beam scale, digital scales are handy but beam scales under normal use last a lifetime and there calibration does not wander... If your set on a digi scale remember you often get what you pay for.

I would also suggest a Lee factory crimp die for station 5 and a good set of Dies such a Dillon's own but i use Lee with no problem.

Your dead set on a media tumbler? I really like my Lyman ultrasonic for pistol brass, cuts cleaning time down by several hours... Not polished shiney brass but it's all spotlessly cleaned inside and out without fear of chunks of walnut or corn in my flash holes.

Anyway... Great choice in presses... I looove my 650!
