First reloads...my cherry is offcially popped!

have you bought a reloading book? all your questions would be answered

I havent read what is your setup or what you have done with your reloads, but:

-yes you can resize any brass as long as it fits your dies (some stovepiped brass won't enter the die)

-you should be able to reuse the primers (again I don't know what you did with them, but as long as they have not soaked in oils or solvents you can reuse them)

-Don't know about bullet with cannelure would change anything or not for you but there are two types of crimping, roll crimping (for bullets with cannelure) and Lee's factory crimping that can be done on smooth bullets. So if you don't have cannelured bullets, save the hassle and get a lee factory crimp they'll run you about 30$
If chambering is an issue, small base dies would be to consider

Can I reuse the primers? As long as you don't contaminate them, but you should be fine, even if you need to resize, just taking the depriming pin out

Would bullets with a cannalure groove to crimp in make more sense for use in my BAR? If you find that you really need a good hard crimp, yes. If a slight crimp will do, then probably not. The Lee Factory Crimp Die, is probably a good idea, as it'll crimp smooth bullets as well.

I don't think you'll need to start all over, though. Your rounds look fine for shooting. There's not anything wrong with them, that might cause any damage, or even any noticeable degradation in accuracy. I'd shoot them if I were you, but if you do decide to start over, just pull the bullets, set the powder aside, run the expander into the case mouth, put the powder back in. And reseat the bullet, with the seating die backed out a little further back, and the seating stem turned in a little more. Like I said though, I wouldn't bother with all that, I'd just shoot them, and see how they work :)
