first rifle for long range

Eventually i realy like to make my reload! Now i looking for my first long rang rifle, i looking a rpr used for 1300$ and he juste shoot 2 box of bullets! But im not sure to buy used or brand new... the other problem i buy a brand new house and my budget is tight! And im taking my time for buying my rifle. Another big thx for your help

I`m an ERPR owner (6.5 Creed) and the only other rifle I would have considered is the new Savage Stealth which is a little cheaper if thats important

Only thing the Savage needs in my opinion is a muzzle brake (like a Heathen)

I might buy one in for hunting cos I like them and they`re so light
