Assuming that you are going to shoot birds on the wing. Research shotgun fit, learn what drop at comb and cast mean. Then go out ad shoulder shotguns and find what actually fits, way too many people are shooting shotguns tbat don't fit them, and it is a handicap when wing shooting. Basically a shotgun should point where you are looking, you shouldn't be trying to aim using the beads as sights. Pick up a shotgun, close your eyes and shoulder it naturally, without moving, open your eyes, are you looking along the rib, or down at it? Is the rib aligned left to right? That will at least give you a rough idea if the gun fits you. If you are talking a slug gun, for big game, that changes things considerably. Either way, a gas operated semi auto will produce less felt recoil, and quality semi autos are very reliable these days. The cheap Turkish made guns are no bargain, quality control is inconsistent, and parts may not be available.
