Just got back from the range with my M14s for the first time.....wow. All I can say is I am in love with my totally basic Norinco M14s. What a beautiful rifle!

As I have now been officially bitten by the M14s bug, all I can say is this is going to get expensive....let the build begin.

We had 3 new M14s at the shoot at Camp Borden. All shot perfectly. Mine was within 1 minute of being zeroed, right out of the box. That was a first.

One was in the original wood, two have been put in USGI synthetic stocks. All owners very happy.

Great guns. I was enjoying mine at the range today. Its reasonably accurate, easy to shoot, and no stoppages whatsoever. How can you not like them?

for how accurate my M14 was right out of the box, I say yee haw. decent rifle but personally, i would love to find a nicer stock for mine. havent had any luck accept like 900 for one i saw at the Calgary show last weekend. like i said, awesome guns

Nothing wrong with getting a basic USGI synthetic stock. They're generally not that expensive, and not too hard to come by. If you're looking for something a little more advanced, check out M14Doctor on the board here. He makes some pretty cool stuff.
