I got a little horny with the flare.

Reloading was nice and relaxing, now I want to reload even more. :) Can't wait to get my heavy buffer and try them out.

congrats, enjoy your second addiction! i suspect you could put a bit more crimp on your rounds though. but i don't reload for that cal, so i'm not sure. i'm just comparing it to my 500 and how much they get.

you could fire all but the last round, then extract it and see if it moved any.

Does the Beowulf headspace off the case rim? If so you can't put too much of a crimp or it could push into the throat which can cause misfires or dangerous pressure levels.

I likewise really like reloading and find it relaxing. To me it's a hobby in and of itself. Researching load data, discussing little tips and tricks, developing loads, fine tuning dimensions and settings on equipment, but then again I also like laboratory work which also has meticulous measuring and checking. I find focusing on something so intensely to get the utmost accuracy and precision can clear my mind of life's other distractions.

correct, it headspaces of the rim/case mouth so a taper crimp only, and not to heavy at that.
