I barrelled a rifle using a K.S. barrel today... first time I have seen one of their barrels. .
I have to say I am very impressed. The machining and fluting is very well done. This barrel is on a Howa and I had K.S. Arms thread the tenon for that metric thread. The thread was perfect. The barrel is perfect. I certainly would use them for my own rifle.
6.5 x 300 Weatherby - finished at 28 inches, rifle weighs 8 and 1/4 pounds with a .685" muzzle diameter.
