first time using Hornady lock and load

got my new Hornady lock and load press last week, previously had a the Projector press, only loading 45acp but this press is awesome, like the case operated powder drop, bullet ejection and primer setup, looking at the case loading but just to simplify, anyone got this without the bells and whistles?

when looking to purchase one the best deal was Henry at Budget supply, saved 75 dollars over anyone else

Good to hear. I have been considering putting one of these on the bench. I will just get the base model to get started. I also plan on getting it from henry.

this is great for change over with the new changing system but have to get some adaptors, enjoyed the old Pro-jector, it had some issues with the primer but got that figured out, could have exchanged it for this new one for 200 us but the cost for shipping it back to Hornady was not worth it and now have 2 presses

You need a case feeder.....yes you need one

seagull, the case feeder comes with the whole works, was looking more for the lower part to avoid using fingers more drop them into a tube

I've had my Hornady AP press for a couple months, absolutely love it. Had to adjust the timing just a little bit but there's no way I'll go back to a single stage from reloading pistol. I got mine from Henry as well, great place to deal with.

I've looked into the bullet/brass feeder but Im not a real high volume shooter so for me right now it's not necessary.

I've had a hornady LNL for nearly 5 years and I also bought it from Henry. I also think You need a case feeder I'm even considering a Mr bullet feeder.

I am not exactly sure what you mean. Do you have this part?

If so it should have come with this part (the shuttle and drop tube);

Or are you referring to a bullet feeder? Either way, calling HDY direct will get you the parts you need.
