Picked up a spikes lower and its my first resticted purchase .What kinda wait should I expect?

Well, I called in a transfer from Alberta to BC three weeks ago, and they gave me an estimate of four to six weeks.
Also, your first transfer usually seems to take longer. So, you might want to look into a side-hobby to keep busy in the mean time.
