Fitting A Tang Sight To 39's and Other Marlin Lever's

So, I have a couple of 39's - Original Golden, new Golden, a Mountie and a Century Limited. I'd like to install some tang sights into some or possibly all of these rifles. However, who makes a tang sight that you don't need to drill another screw hole to hold the forward position? Does anyone - Williams, Skinner, Lyman, etc. make a tang that can be installed without changing the rifle?

Im not 100% on this, but im nearly certain any tang sight would require D&Ting the 39. The other issue with modern 39's is the serial # is on the upper tang and many tang sights will cover it up.

Skinner Sights

Is anyone using Skinner receiver sights? If Yes, do you need to change the front sight - raise or lower??
