Fitting a vltor casv-14 rail on socom 18

Hi there as the title says i just ordered a vltor casv-14 rail for my dominion arms socom 18 and wondering if anyone has experience with installing one of these. Im hoping it goes on without too much hastle. Any info is greatly appreciated.
 
It's an easy fit. If I remember correctly the stripper clip mount was the biggest pain (removing and installing the pin). Just take your time and follow the instructions.
When I installed my casv rail my main difficulty was getting clearance where the mount that goes over the op rod guide is. I had installed a bipod rail on the stock and the t nuts I used perfectly lined up with this op rod guide mount so I had to file down the t nuts to make all good!

Here's instructions so you can get ahead of the game before you get the rail!
Also take it easy on the screw that tightens the mount around the throat of the barrel! The screw is flimsy and the head can snap off easily.
