Does anybody have experience doing this?
I received my BHP .40 to 9mm Conversion barrel today and I'm trying to get it to fit. I had assumed I bought a semi-drop-in barrel, but I'm starting to think It's supposed to be a match barrel, I'm not sure. (I didn't originally want threaded, but it's what they had in stock so I said WTH, but they don't really say whether or not the threaded ones are match grade).
I've been very slowly working at it with a stone on the under side of the feed ramp, since that was the one obviously glaring difference between it and my factory barrel, but it's just about exactly the same now and it's still not fitting on. It goes into battery just fine on the slide, but when I try to put it on the frame it wont go.
I doubt I need to work on the top edge of the chamber or on the locking lugs. The chamber is round on top unlike a Sig or Glock (and it goes into battery anyway) so I don't want to touch it.
If this takes any more effort that what I've already put in I think I'll just take it into the shop and get the guys who know what they're doing to get it done. I've just basically been following this video:
Here's some pics in an imgur album. Just the link, with the imgur issues we're having recently.

You can see that it ALMOST goes all the way back. Maybe 3mm and the slide would be seated correctly.
