Fix for muzle flash?

We in Kamloops have very warm winter so far, quite a few shooters are still useing the range. Some days are quite dark and I noticed that my 357Mag loads useing 296Win powder in my 4" long barrel Ruger Security Six revolver make at least 3' long muzle flash! WOW! Sometims I have to wait a minute to see again. Does anybody have an idea what powders would be less flashy in my combo?

My 22 Jet makes a horrendous muzzle flash with H110 powder, always good for startling bystanders at the range, trouble is thats about the only powder that works well in that round.....
