I have done a quick search on the site and cannot find anything addressing my question, so here goes.

I have an older (probably close to 40 years old) Weaver K2.5 (2.5x with post reticle) on a Model 99 300 Savage. The scope has long since lost its fog-proofing capabilities and is very, very dark.

Are there any Canadian companies I can send this to have it somewhat restored to its original glory? I see there is an Oklahoman company that does this, so if I cannot find a Candian one, I will likely send it there.

If the cost it too much, I will replace it with likely a 4x fixed scope and put the Weaver on the EE although I don't imagine there will be much interest in a dark, foggy scope, although there may be some old Weaver scope fans kicking around out there lol.

Any suggestions?
