Flags on trap houses

Here's the latest. CFO just advised us that we must now have a YELLOW flag on the trap house when it is being reloaded/serviced.

Hope they provide that informationm to the clubs in writing? When one of the clubs I belong to was last inspected, they had no problem with the use of a large orange cone.

just saw a set of rules that require that a flagpole for the fireing line with red/green flags red=hot green=safe and the trap house equipted with a yellow or orange flag.

If there is a problem at the house then the yellow/orange flag is sent up and the fireing line will cease fire and go to green. Trap house flag used to communicate with the fireing line.

I suspect that the CFOs will be looking at enforcing this across canada soon ;)

There are no cfo's where alot of us shoot, eg: Arizona, none of this would have come up if clubs took a look at the sport first, read the rules and then did what is done at every other trap club for safety. Then set up their facilities accordingly, this happens when people runnin' the show know absolutely nothing of what they are about and don't want to know or ask!!!
