Flash hole diameter

Does anyone know the maximum diameter that a flash hole can be?
The calibers im wondering about are 30 06, 308 or .243 win.

I believe the current hole is about .080 thou.. At what diameter will the pressure hitting the primer cup become dangerous?

Unless you've taken a drill bit to the cases, you shouldn't have a problem with any currently available boxer primed case. When you debur flash holes, the tool is actually designed to open up undersized holes for proper ignition. One of my tools opens them up to 0.082, but i doubt that is a magical number.
