Deburring the inside of the flash hole is a well known aid to accuracy. It is well worthwhile doing as it only has to be done once.
Again X2 ! Once done they stay clear forever. Some people won't bother, hell they don't even tumble to clean the brass. As long as they build it and it goes bang, every thing is good. To each their own I guess, but I would rather spend the few seconds it takes to make the brass the best it can be, before going to all the levels of perfection that bench shooters go through to perfect their brass. So, if you really think about it, if bench shooters get improved results with all the work they do, why shouldn't the regular shooter/hunter try to make their brass the best it can be for their purpose ! I always try to get the best out of my ammo and firearms.
