Flashlight mounting with a short barrel shotgun

Here's a good way to mount a flashlight on all those short barrel turkish guns. The +1 tube also protects the flashlight from muzzle blast which is a bonus.

And have you fired it .... does it hold up to recoil??

That does not look like a good solution at all, if you need a light on your shotgun you need a more robust solution than nylon straps.
