I was loading up some of these 64gr bullets I have this morning, and they don't have a boat tail on them, but, are just flat on the back end. They are a ROYAL PITA to get to hold still on the brass in order to get them seated.

Anyone have any tips or tricks for getting the bullet to hold still until you can run up the press???

It's taking me about 3 minutes to make a single round.....

Thanks.

In addition to making sure the neck is chamfered, give the case a twist as it makes contact with the bullet in the seating die.

Well, I ended up just adding more chamfer to the case mouth... Although they are still a "bit" tricky to get in there, they now load up a LOT better than before.

Thanks for the help AGAIN.. guys...

Ya know, I was getting so pi$$ed when I first started loading these things, I almost said f@#$k it, and did just that! :D

Thanks for that wonderful piece of advice Captain Obvious......... LOL
