Well.. if you weren't there you missed a good time. Some nice milsurps made their way onto the range as well as a few period dressed competitors.

Looks like we will try to get something off the ground for next year...(in case you missed this one )

Do you have WW1 historical matches ? I have most of my WW1 German re-enactment gear ready to go but still a few things to get.

We are in Virden MB.

Our historical match is open to any time frame up to the Korean War era... So your WW1 kit would fit right in

Our match was a 3 man team event.... so get a couple of buddies or just come out and we can get you a team or add people if you dont have enough.

There was 3 stages.

Stage 1 - 5 handgun targets at 50m (pepper poppers) engaged first then 10 rifle targets at 100-125m.

Bale obstacle

Stage 2 - 5 handgun targets and 10 rifle targets (same as stage 1)

Low crawl obstacle

Stage 3 - 8 rifle falling plates at 250m and a pistol stop pin.

10 min time limit to complete all stages.
event was run Head to head and in an A and B side format.
