Flint lock and being left-handed

AH CRAP I thought I had this all figured out that I would need a left handed flinter. now it sound like I could probably shoot a right handed one. Now I won't have an excuse to not buy one . The whole " I need a left hand model " excuse has saved me a ton of money .
