- Not really sure.
Here is a couplelooking to get a wheellock, matchlock and another snaphaunce. Not much out there though. This are really nice ones you have. My bess is an Indian one from flintlock repair. I'm working on getting a hand mortar from veteran arms pretty soon.
Yes I should have included caplocks in the title, nice looking piece, what caliber?
Only have a couple cheep cheep CVA front stuffers, one 50 cal Hawkins has a original winchester A5 scope on it though! Looking to get a EIC pattern F from ima though. I have plenty of other antiques cartridge guns though.
Great collection Mrclean!
Its a "Schweizer Feldstutzer, Oberndorfer Model 1851", a replica (1250 units ever built) of a Swiss Military rifle from 1851.
Caliber is 10.4mm (41 cal) hollow base.

My 16ga flint double. I'm at least the third owner, and I haven't been able to find anything about the builder. Seven pounds even, cut-away breeches, double-tapered L&R Manton locks. I love it, but nothing's perfect - the left lock has a couple of things that could stand working on and the bores are rather rough.

They really don't make 'em like they used to.........timeless elegance that will never go out of fashion.
