Here are my cannons:

Top: 1777 charleville french infantry .69 cal musket from loyalist arms

Middle: 1762 grice short land pattern .75 cal musket from pedersoli

Bottom: Early english sea service .76 cal musket from loyalist arms

What smoke poles do you have?

Here is a couple :) looking to get a wheellock, matchlock and another snaphaunce. Not much out there though. This are really nice ones you have. My bess is an Indian one from flintlock repair. I'm working on getting a hand mortar from veteran arms pretty soon.

Only have a couple cheep cheep CVA front stuffers, one 50 cal Hawkins has a original winchester A5 scope on it though! Looking to get a EIC pattern F from ima though. I have plenty of other antiques cartridge guns though.

Its a "Schweizer Feldstutzer, Oberndorfer Model 1851", a replica (1250 units ever built) of a Swiss Military rifle from 1851.
Caliber is 10.4mm (41 cal) hollow base.

Right on, yeah I just find I have more fun shooting the front stuffers than with cartridge guns these days.

I have been surprised time and again with the accuracy you can get with a well patched round ball, they make great shotguns also.

Here is a 59 cal Swiss sniping rifle made between 1838 - 1842; they were used by small groups of sniper's picking off high value targets. The regular army used percussion Charlevilles.



This one appears to have started out as a pattern of 1851 but rebarreled to .49 caliber with a Whitworth style of rifling. What is unusual about both guns is that the trigger guard can be easily removed for adjusting the set trigger. Just undo the winged screws at the back and the front is held in by hook very similar to a hooked breach. Worth mentioning that Switzerland did not become a unified country until 1848 and did not have a unified army until 1851

I added a bridle to the lock myself also tuned and smoothed the innerds, refinished the stock and instaled a brass ram rod.
I'm currently building my own wheellock action....although it is somewhat unconventional in its design and operation.

My 16ga flint double. I'm at least the third owner, and I haven't been able to find anything about the builder. Seven pounds even, cut-away breeches, double-tapered L&R Manton locks. I love it, but nothing's perfect - the left lock has a couple of things that could stand working on and the bores are rather rough.

Nice, I have always wanted to fire a flintlock side by side! Beautiful gun. Thanks for sharing.
 
Someone must have read Brockway's book on making double shotguns.
What is wrong with the left lock? Parts and service for L&R locks are available.
 
I guess I will come out of the closet and admit that I have a couple of flintlocks

first are 3 trade guns. The one in the middle was missing a lock when I got it, and has a home made lock



also a double flint shotgun and a .45 cal jaeger. The jaeger also has a home made lock and is also strange in that something must have been haywire with the breach. Someone added a new breach plug about 1 1/2" long and because the barrel is heavily swamped added a new piece at the front end of the stock. I am going to have to fight with it a bit more because in spite of a 5/16 vent liner, I still get long hangfires
