Flip to side mount question

alright CGN, this is one where my searching unfortunately cannot secure a positive answer. I'm looking for a 30mm flip to side mount but more precisely one with rings that are 1" or smaller in length, the reason being I have a long eye relief magnifier with a smaller flat area for the mount to grip it, none of the ones I already have provide small enough rings.
Any suggestions on a brand that makes a mount like this?

Ring reducers should work.

I was hoping to not have to butcher my current mount. Just so I'm clear I need the rings to remain 30mm but for the "tunnel" they form to be shorter

Ring reducers fit inside 30mm rings to create a 1" nominal diameter.
