Flip to side rail?

Hey CGN,

Wondering if anyone has seen or knows of a Canadian retailer who sells a "flip to side" picatinny rail mount? (Not a ring mount that flips to the side but actually the rail the shifts 45 degrees)

I am looking at having a small optic mounted on my sub 2000 that I can flip up when shooting, and flip to the side to fold the barrel in.

I'm not sure that anything like this exists- any suggestions? If they don't currently exist I am going to try to build a prototype with a spring loaded hinge (unless anyone else has a different suggestion?)

Thanks Suther - I've seen this forend through some research... Seems impossible to find in Canada though. Still - looking for a more compact option, that's literally just the rail portion flipping.
